Problem 1. The Cellular Router cannot enter the configuration page.
Solution: Check whether the default IP address of Cellular Router is changed. If it is changed, please enter the page with the changed IP address.
Problem 2. Cellular Router is OK (Online light is on). However, when the network cannot be pinged, check whether the gateway of the PC points to the IP of the Cellular Router (usually the factory IP of the Cellular Router is 192.168.1.1).
Solution: Whether the IP address of the DNS server of the PC is filled in.
Problem 3. After the Cellular Router has been in normal operation for a period of time, when it is disconnected and cannot reconnect to the network
Solution: Check whether the SIM card is in arrears. Keep the configuration online in the Cellular Router configuration page.
Problem 4. When the equipment is often disconnected
Workaround: Check the debugging information. The keeponlie time out is the online hold timeout.
Problem 5. The Cellular Router IP is modified and forgotten, or the configuration is changed and you cannot log in to the web page.
Solution: Open the serial port debugging tool, open the serial port, connect the Ethernet to serial port cable to the Console port, press and hold Ctrl + C to power on the device at the same time, and then run run restore. The run prompt is OK to quickly restore the factory configuration. Note that after OK, close the serial tool and restart the device. You can log in again and reset the page.
Open the serial debugging tool to refresh the program version.
Problem 6. When you can't dial the number.
Solution: Check whether the user name and password are incorrect and re-enter them;
Check the system debugging, the card arrearage status will always negotiate PPTP, check the card arrearage available instructions: AT + Creg or AT + cgatt;
The Onlie light flashes to indicate that the number is dialed and the center cannot be connected;
Problem 7. Cellular Router will be directly connected to the webpage of the contact center if it is in arrears.
Solution: If the private network cannot be dialed, you can try the ordinary network first. If the ordinary network can be dialed, it is the problem of the private network card.
Problem 8. Cellular Router and analog cameras are used together for video surveillance.
Solution: Network cameras are required to be used with our Cellular Router in video surveillance projects. Whether the transmitted video is smooth or not is closely related to the bit stream of the front-end equipment. The bit stream refers to the amount of video data per second.
Problem 9. Telecom's Cellular Router is also a dynamic IP of the public network. Now our Cellular Router has a built-in peanut shell. Customers can directly resolve the domain name in the Cellular Router settings without port mapping.
Solution: Just fill the username and password of Peanut Shell into the dynamic domain name resolution of Cellular Router.
