In the context of the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, industrial switches, as the core equipment that connects field devices and control systems and enables efficient data transmission, have a direct impact on the automation level of production processes, the real-time performance of data processing, and the overall reliability of the system. In response to the data transmission requirements in the context of intelligent manufacturing, the following strategies can effectively improve the transmission efficiency and stability of industrial switches.

    Utilize software-defined network SDN technology to achieve centralized management and flexible configuration of network resources, and improve network response speed and flexibility. The programmability of industrial switches allows users to customize network behavior according to actual needs, further optimizing data transmission paths and strategies.


Through the comprehensive application of high-performance hardware selection, real-time and deterministic transmission technology, network segmentation and VLAN division, intelligent traffic management and QoS strategy, network diagnosis and fault recovery mechanism, SDN and programmability strategies, the data transmission capability of industrial switches in intelligent manufacturing will be significantly improved, providing a solid network foundation for the efficient operation of intelligent manufacturing.
